    About the Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Credit Analyst to support our Australian finance broking business from our Nepal-based team. The successful candidate will work closely with brokers, clients, and lenders to manage loan applications from initial inquiry through to approval. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in lending, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with the Australian mortgage lending environment.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Assist Australian mortgage and commercial finance brokers in preparing and processing loan applications.
    • Conduct initial client fact finds, collect and verify supporting documentation (payslips, bank statements, ID, etc.).
    • Enter and manage applications in broker CRMs such as Sales trekker, Mercury, or Apply Online.
    • Liaise with lenders to follow up on application status and submit any required supporting documentation.
    • Perform serviceability assessments using lender calculators.
    • Maintain accurate and timely records in line with compliance requirements.
    • Provide administrative support including document management, file audits, and settlement follow-ups.
    • Maintain effective communication with the Australian team, responding promptly to emails and internal messages.
    • Stay updated with changes in lender policies and compliance standards

Job Specification

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a loan processing or credit support role ideally worked with an Australian based mortgage broker/lender.
    • Must be driven to learn non-bank products and policies.
    • Strong understanding of Australian loan products (residential, commercial, asset finance).
    • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salestrekker, Mercury, or similar would be preferred.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently while being part of a remote team.
    • Familiarity with Australian compliance regulations and NCCP guidelines (desirable).
    • Excellent spoken and written English.
